Returns + Exchanges
Please note that every delivered product has a return label. If you may wish to return an order, please keep this label along with the full packaging. Return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are eligible for return only if they have not been worn, altered or washed and have all tags intact. Refunds may be accepted if the product has a fault that was not identified prior to the sale. Return shipment costs are to be incurred by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund amount will be sent in the same currency used during purchase; and to the same account.
We do not accept returns on customized orders. Please select your purchases carefully as we cannot accept returns on purchases due to a change of mind.

Roopa Pemmaraju garments are produced using natural dyeing techniques. This process can result in slight print variations. These imperfections are a part of the garment’s design and are not faults. Garments with printing variations will not be refunded.
When viewing products online, the computer monitor may display a sightly different color from what is seen on the original garment. This is not considered to be a fault. Return requests for garments with slight color variation from the website will not be accepted.
All of our pieces (including linings) have been made with 100% natural fabrics. There may be slubs or slight unevenness in fabric. This is not a defect, but a property by virtue of its natural origin. This unevenness in fabric is not eligible for refund.
If possible, kindly ensure that your order is returned in the packaging with which it was delivered. This would be a small step towards reducing wastage and promoting a healthier planet.
